The good news is, we use our 24 years’ experience to take care of the details on your behalf. Our approach is transparent and collaborative, where we help you navigate through from start to finish.

Using our unique 3-stage approach – Discuss, Design, Deliver – we ensure all our building projects are completed on-time, on-budget and delivered to your exact requirements.

Discuss:

We listen to your requirements, and then recommend the best approach (e.g. materials, timelines, etc.). This is a collaborative process, where we discuss your needs together using simple, jargon-free English. We also explain the building process in more detail, to ensure you fully understand each step of the process.

Design:

We can provide creative input at 3 different levels. You can tap into our 24 years’ of hands-on experience, or use our trusted Architect or Draughtsperson. You can also provide your own pre-existing design, of course; the choice is yours!

Deliver:

We only use our licensed, qualified and experienced builders to get your job completed, to your specification, budget and timeline. We specialise in house extensions, designing & building new homes, renovations and general home improvement (e.g. structural work). All our projects are delivered with a blend of creative design, superior craftsmanship, quality materials and expert project management.
